Each year, the International Day of Peace is observed around the world on September 21st. The United Nations General Assembly has declared this as a day devoted to strengthening the ideals of peace, both within and among all nations and peoples. Sunday, May 31st marks the start of AIDS/LifeCycle 2015 - a 545 mile, seven day bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles to help raise money and awareness in the fight against HIV/AIDS.
