It's no surprise then, that a wealth of goods, ideas, foods and philosophies can sport a Made in the Bay label. In this, the first article in our newest ongoing blog series, we'll share the fascinating stories behind Bay-born edibles. Capital Wine: Come thirsty to Sacramento's tasting rooms

Brews with a View: Two new breweries come to the San Mateo Coast

While Sonoma County typically receives Northern California’s craft beer glory, a fledgling and promising beer scene is brewing on the San Mateo County coast. While the Half Moon Bay Brewing Company has long been a Coastside favorite, 2013 marks the opening of two new seaside breweries south of San Francisco, Highway 1 Brewing Company and Hop Dogma Brewing Company.
