As a special service for groups, the Marin Headlands Hostel now offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner catering through a local, family-owned restaurant.
Despite having access to the hostel's fully equipped guest kitchens, large groups don't always want to take the time to plan meals, buy groceries, and cook for a crowd.
Meal options include:
Breakfast ($6.50 - $10* per person)
Continental: Coffee and orange juice with your choice of bagels or breads.
Cold: Yogurt, fresh fruit, granola, bagels, juice, and coffee.
Hot: Scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, coffee cake, fresh fruit, juice, and coffee.
Lunch ($10* per person)
Box Lunch: Sandwich (cheese, roast beef, egg salad, peanut butter and jelly, turkey, or tuna salad), side dish (macaroni or potato salad), fresh fruit, homemade cookie, and juice.
Dinner ($13* per person)
Choice of Entree: Lasagna, tortellini, spicy Thai with basmati rice, or ravioli (all available with or without meat).
Accompaniments: All entrees are served with organic greens, rolls, and dessert.
Meals must be ordered two weeks prior to your arrival at the hostel; prices include food, delivery (between 7:30 a.m. - 10 p.m.), and set-up. If you need a little extra help, you can opt to have your meal or event staffed for $30 per hour per staff person (minimum 4 hours).
