Free WiFi now available at the Marin Headlands Hostel

We’re happy to announce that the Marin Headlands Hostel now offers guests free, high-speed wireless internet access at various points throughout the hostel. The free WiFi is available 24/7 and is fully compatible with laptops and other wireless devices. The hostel also continues to offer internet kiosks which can be rented by the minute.  

Staying connected while traveling is more common than ever — uploading travel photos, communicating with friends and family back home, and blogging your way through new cities and countries is the next wave of hostelling.

Internet access also allows for more technologically mediated intercultural exchanges. The ability to "friend" fellow travelers on Facebook or Twitter means you can stay in touch long after your hostel stay is over.  

Of course, the Marin Headlands is one of the most beautiful places on the planet, so be sure to unplug after a while and go for a hike, take some amazing photographs (using our staff recommendations as your guide), and check out the events going on in the area. You can log on to Facebook and make all your friends jealous of your trip when you’re done!
